Welcome to Part 2 of my gastronomical adventure last SM Center Angono Food crawl!
Read Part 1 here.
Another Filipino delicacies or best known as favorite #pulutan was on the list!
SISIG HOORAY!
Immanuel D. Balce, founder and certified foodie, was inspired to innovate the Pinoy's favorite pulutan, SISIG. It all started with a humble food cart in the year 2005, soon became a crowd favorite.
We were enjoying the beat of trained crew's chopping technique's performance.
"Everything is prepared right before one's very eyes that makes one crave even more..."
Open Faced Talong Con Sisig
This is my current favorite in SISIG HOOray. I will never forget the taste of it. As if it leaves a mark in my mind that craves me a little more. They have available in other Sisig Variants like Pork, Chicken, etc. This especially comes with fried egg, atcharang papaya, sesame pipino salad, fried saging na saba and grilled kamatis.
Loompiang Sisig
Pork Sisig filling combined with grated fresh veggies and eggs, deep fried to golden brown perfection.
Tofu and Mushroom Sisig
This is a sisig for vegans! Certainly a new treat for the more health-conscious sisig hooray.
Who can ever resist a dessert? Uh-uh, not me, especially Leche Flan, my all time favorite!
Check out their Best Sellers as well: Pork Sisig, Chicken Sisig, and Bangus Sisig.
