How to Make Carrot Cupcake

I love carrot cakes and cupcakes.

Let me share with you. My recipe that I've been using ^_^

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Brown Sugar
1  Egg
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1-1/2 cup Grated Carrots

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
2. In a medium bowl, Mix the Dry Ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt)
3. Add Ground Cinnamon, Ginger and Grated Nutmeg in the mixture.
4. Melt the Butter. Let it cool at room temperature. Once cool,  pour it in the mixture.
4. Add Brown Sugar, Egg and Vanilla Extract. Mix until well combined.
5. Add the Grated Carrots in the Batter Mixture. Mix until well combined.
6. Pour it in Baking Pan with Muffin Liner about 3/4 full.
7. bake it for 25 - 30 mins until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
