Peanut Butter Cheesecake
10:08 PM
Hey, guys! Welcome to my Blog!
For this post, I want to share the recipe of my very own Peanut Butter Cheesecake.
I've tried this a couple of times already. Actually, I keep in mind that I will definitely make a Cheesecake for every special occasion like Christmas or New Year. My first attempt was not that perfect. Same as the second one. I can't remember the reason why I didn't make it (I guess it's because of momnesia). But I didn't give up. As the saying goes, Practice makes Perfect :)

I can't believe making Cheesecake were super easy pala when I master the procedure. So here I am sharing my very own Cheesecake. Just choose the flavor of your choice. What I have made so far was Oreo Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Peanut Butter Cheesecake.
I must say that the ingredients were kind of pricey but the taste was priceless!

The next day.
Remove Cheesecake from the Springform Pan.
How to remove?
First, run small sharp knife around the sides of the cake to loosen. Second, release the pan sides. Transfer cake into platter or cake board.

Designing a Cake
You may use the Buttercream frosting itself or add a flavor of Peanut Butter into the mixture of the frosting.
Tadaa..
Now, add the toppings.
Ready for delivery.
Oh and by the way, I also made a Raspberry Cheesecake. All of these flavors are super-licious.
