I must say that this day was a very productive day for me. So before this very day ends, I should do a quick post for Daddy because every event or even milestone of my family deserves to be part of my Blog!

Last Friday, we celebrated Daddy's Birthday. We decided not to cook and celebrate at home 'coz we are so uber very busy to that and instead, we celebrated it at Wendy's Restaurant at Sta. Lucia Grand Mall just the four of us. Yes. You read it right. Just us four. Me, Daddy, Sam and Mady.


We grab the deal at Metrodeal. Yeah! We really do hate discounts! Wait.. No.. We love discounts. So if you know that there's something fishy is going on around us, wait, what I'm talking about is the garage sale or something, you might wanna share it to me. I really appreciate it. Lols.

Anyhoo, we had lunch at Wendy's Restaurant. Here's the deal I grab at Metrodeal.

As you can see, it is the newest menu of Wendy's. We get thrilled and our taste buds go really crazy for Bacon and Beef! The Beef is 100% pure patty so it was really delicious, all juicy and soooo tasty. The sauce was even made more special with jim Beam Bourbon. In a Beef Patty topped with American Cheese, sweet caramelized onions and crunchy potatoes.

All made with the freshest and finest ingredients to satisfy our cravings for a Mouthwatering Burger. That's why we love Wendy's Restaurant.

All these for P249 - 37% discount. Not bad after all. I grabbed two (2) vouchers. Yey!

Yummy delicious salad indeed! We had macaroni, lettuce, carrots, sweet potato, cheese and everything nice. Hehe. And we end up with a full tummy!



Next Birthday, my little girl Mady. Still wondering where to celebrate her 3rd birthday. Oh-my! Time really flies so fast.

This year, well actually before the year 2015 ends, I decided to go out from my comfort zone to meet new colleague friends, entrepreneurs or same interest as mine. We've been here 8 months ago (please click here). Nothing was the difference except the volume of people visiting the place. The last time we visit was kind of so many people. And this time, it has fewer people who visited. I guess because people choose to stay at home rather going out on that day, though it was still holiday (January 2, Saturday), because Monday will be back the way it was. In short, the Holiday will soon be over!

Oh please. Don't be surprised as I prefer the cooked Buttercream Frosting.

Why?

The answer was simple. Because it's not too sweet.

So if you like the not too sweet frosting, you may try my recipe. But if not, you may close the tab and not continue reading my post. You may search for another recipe of Buttercream Frosting.

We are very health conscious that's why I searched for something that is not too sweet frosting. Though there is doubt, honestly. But I tried. And there is. I found one and I want to share it to anyone who's interested in this.

Here we go.

Ingredients

1 cup of Milk

4 tablespoon of Flour

1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

1 cup of Sugar

1 cup of Butter

For this post, I want to share the recipe of my very own Peanut Butter Cheesecake.

I've tried this a couple of times already. Actually, I keep in mind that I will definitely make a Cheesecake for every special occasion like Christmas or New Year. My first attempt was not that perfect. Same as the second one. I can't remember the reason why I didn't make it (I guess it's because of momnesia). But I didn't give up. As the saying goes, Practice makes Perfect :)

I can't believe making Cheesecake were super easy pala when I master the procedure. So here I am sharing my very own Cheesecake. Just choose the flavor of your choice. What I have made so far was Oreo Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Peanut Butter Cheesecake.

Probably, the year 2015 may not be the Greatest Year but I want to Thank God for the Wonderful and Blessed Year it has been. I've Learned so many Lessons that I know everything happens for a reason.

This Year, Looking forward to the most Wonderful, Prosperity, Blessed and Fruitful year.

I will be the Best and Positive Person as I can be. That's the Promise for me this year.
